When registering a domain, it can take anything from 1 hour to a few days for the domain to be available. The domain is usually registered immediately after placing an order, but due to the way DNS works, it might take a few days before your domain is accessible.
However, this doesn't mean that you can't use your web hosting account while you wait for the domain to become active.
When ordering your web hosting service, you will be given temporary access details that you can use to access your account and hosting control panel. Using this temporary details, you can already start creating your site using the website builder, or upload your website if you have an existing website. You can also start setting up your email accounts, databases, FTP account, website security etc. while you wait for your domain to become active.
