We make use of an online payment provider which accepts multiple different payment options.
The payment methods currently accepted is:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Zapper
- InstantEFT
When purchasing any of our products, you will get the option to choose your preferred method of payment. This can always be changed at a later stage by logging into the client area with your account details.
If you purchase a product which requires a recurring payment, then a subscription service will be set up using your preferred payment method, which will automatically be charged according to your chosen frequently (E.G your hosting account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis).
Important: You need to ensure there are enough funds available in your chosen payment account to avoid a disruption in service. If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, then your account will get suspended. In order to unsuspend your account and regain access to your services, you will need to manually complete the payment by logging in to the client area.
